  1. Here are some rules on how to add, subtract, multiply, & divide integers.
If your gonna add and u have the same sign all you do is add & keep the sign. If your gonna subtract, u subtract the #'s and keep the sign of the larger number. If u are going to multiply, the product of 2 integers w/diff. signs will ALWAYS be NEGATIVE. The product of 2 integers with the same sign will ALWAYS be POSITIVE. If u are going to divide the same sign of division will be POSITIVE and the different signs will be NEGATIVE.

    1. How about adding integers with different signs?

  2. The rule adding integers, subtracting integers, dividing integers, and multiplying intgers are; Adding integers-when you add an integer with the same sign you just add and keep the sign, but when it is different signs you keep the sigin of the number with the bigger absolute value. Subtracting integers-when you subtract integers you will use KCC (keep change change) if it includes a negative integer. Dividing Integers- when you divide integers you simply put a positive answer if it is same sign, and if it is different signs it will always be negative. Multiplying integers-regularly multiply and put a positive if it is same sign and negative for different signs.
These are all the rules for integers.

  3. When adding integers you keep the same sign but if different you go with the number that is bigger. When you subtract integers you use keep change change. When you divide you put positive if you put positive if its the same sign if its different you put negative and when multiplying you put positive if same sign and negative if its different - Emily Chacon

  4. Hi this is Damaris Benitez! When adding integers with the same sing you add and keep the sing. When they have different sings you subtract and keep the sing of the bigger number. Addition & subtracting are inverse operations, you can an integer by adding its opposite. This is how you subtract integers. Now when you multiply integers with the same sing it will ALWAYS be positive. When they have different sings it will ALWAYS be negative. When dividing integers it will have the same rule as multiplying integers.

  5. UGH OKAY EXCUSE MY USERNAME I AM AYSSA HERNANDEZ AND WHEN ADDING INTEGERS WITH THE SAME SIGNS ITS JUST ADD AND KEEP WHILE IT IS DIFFERENT SIGNS YOU KEEP THE SIGN OF THE BIGGER NUMBER. NOW SUBTRACTING INTEGERS, WHEN YOU HAVE TO DO KCC. WHEN IT IS DIVIDING THE QUOTIENT IS ALWAYS POSITIVE IF YOU HAVE SAME SIGNS WHEN ITS DIFF ITS NEGATIVE. FOR MULTIPLYING THE PRODUCT WITH DIFF SIGNS IS ALWAYS NEGATIVE WHEN YOU HAVE SAME SIGNS IT IS ALWAYS POSITIVE.

  6. The rules for adding and subtracting integers with the same sign are add the numbers and keep the same sign and for subtracting is if you are adding the opposite then that positive number will change to a negative number. For multiplication, if you have the same sign, it will always be a positive. If it were different signs then the answer will always be a negative. For dividing integers, you do the same rules as the multiplication rules. For division the same sign will always come out to be a positive answer. If they had different signs the answer would be a negative answer

  9. You can multiply, divide, add, and even subtract all intergers, here are some the ways how. You can multiply integers like how you multiply any number. If they are different signs it is always negative. If they are the same sign it is always positive. The rule is the same for dividing. Adding integers the way it works is the bigger number wins and you keep the sign

  10. You have to keep the biggest sign that has the biggest absolute value when u subtract if the numbers are the same sign it is always positive when they are dif rent signs it I negitive

  11. When adding integers with different signs, first you subtract the numbers. Then, you keep the sign of the number with the biggest absolute value. With same signs, just add regularly and keep the sign. For subtracting integers, you keep, change, change. It means to keep the first number, change the subtraction sign to addition, and change the second number to its opposite. Then just do as you would with adding integers. In multiplying and dividing, just do it as you would regularly. However, if they are DIFFERENT signs, they will ALWAYS be NEGATIVE. SAME signs will ALWAYS be POSITIVE.

  12. Sorry my other post was kind of bad.....
So in going to do a nother one
When adding and subtracting integers you will always have this
When the numbers have the same sign it will always b positive when they at different signs it's goin to be neghitive also h always keep the sign that has the biggest absolute value

  13. ANGEL ALANIS When you are adding integers with same signs you just add them and keep the sign, but when you are adding integers with different signs you just add them and keep the sign of the bigger number!! When you are subtracting you have to KCC ( Which means Keep, Change, Change) When you multiply and divide integers you just do it regularly and if they have different signs it will always be negative. When the have same signs they will always be POSITIVE!

  14. Hi this is Leonardo Urbina!!! When adding integers with the same sign you just add and keep the sign. When you add integers with different signs you subtract and and keep the sign of the number with the biggest absolute value. When you are multiplying integers with the same sign they will always be POSITVE.When you multiply integers with different signs it will alway be NEGITVE.The same rule goes with dividing integers.

  15. Adding integers same sign add and keep different signs subtract keep the sign of the bigger number. Subtracting you do KCC. Multiplying you
multiply the same and if it's different signs its negative and same sign always positive. Dividing is the same thing as multiplication you divide the same and different sign negative and same positive

  16. When adding integers with the same sign you just add when you add integers with a different sign you keep the sign of the bigger number. When you multiply integers with the same sign the answer will always be positive when the numbers are different the number will always be negative.

  17. Idani Cantu!! When you add integers you keep the sign of the larger number. When you subtract to keep changed flip. When you divide you divide regularly and if this signs are the different they are negative if the signs are the same they are positive. When You multiply you multiply regularly if the signs are the same they are positive if the signs are different they are negative

  18. The rule for adding integers with the same sign is to add and keep the sign and the rule for adding integers with different signs is to subtract them from each other and then keep the sign of the bigger number. The rule for subtracting integers is to keep change change or KCC for short when there is a negative. The rule for multiplying integers with same sign is the product of two integers will always be positive. The rule for multiplying integers with different signs is that the product of two integers with different signs will always be negative. The rule for dividing integers is the same which is same sign it will always be positive and dividing integers with different signs it will always be negative. This how you add, subtract, multiply, and divide integers.

  19. The rule for adding integers with the same sign is when they have the same sign add and keep the sign and when you add different signs you subtract and keep the sign from the bigger number. When you subtract integers you do kcc when you do kcc you have to keep the first number then you change the subtraction sign and then you change the second number. In multiplying integers if they are different signs they will always be negative and wih the same sign it will always be positive and dividing integers is the same as multiplying integers.
